I am offering three watercolor prints as part of the 2021 Carolina Memories Fall and Holiday Collection. The Pandemic Liquor Run 2020, Lunchtime at Prices Chicken Coop, and Christmas at the Charleston Market let you remember the “year of the mask”, followed by the closing of Price’s Chicken Coop in Charlotte, NC after 59 years of serving mouth-watering chicken, and the reopening of Charleston, SC.
About Chase Saunders
Chase is a fifth generation North Carolinian and native Charlottean. His talent for art came from his grandmother and father, an artist and architect. As to subject matter, his ancestors came into the Carolinas in the 1700s and Chase has been using the medium of watercolor to capture the changing face of the Carolinas for over 50 years. He took photos from which he sketched and painted many scenes from the mountains to the coast during his first career as a circuit riding judge. Each painting is meant to tell a story and create memories. Carolina memories.
